Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS: Please give 24 hours notice if you must cancel an appointment. This will allow  someone else to schedule an appointment who is in need. If less than 24 hours notice is given, you will be responsible for the FULL amount of the session.

NO SHOWS : If you forget or simply don't show up or contact The Body 360, you will be responsible for the FULL cost of the session.  This amount must be paid BEFORE your next scheduled appointment.                                                                      

ILLNESS:  If you are feeling ill, please call before your scheduled appointment, so that it can be rescheduled. Likewise, please understand, if I have to reschedule due to illness. This keeps us both healthy.                                                                     

LATE ARRIVALS : If you are late for an appointment, please understand that your session will end at the appointed time and FULL fee will be due. We, and the client scheduled after you appreciate your consideration. Therefore, please plan accordingly and be on time.                                                                                                                                                                         

GIFT CERTIFICATES : Gift certificates  expire 6 months  after date of purchase. NON REFUNDABLE.  If you are unable to use the gift certificate  for any reason, you can pass it along to someone else BEFORE the expiration date.**Please note, if you do not give 24 hours notice or fail to show up for the session, the gift certificate  will be considered "redeemed."
